Used Car Manager
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a collaborative, motivated leader with strong closing ability and a deep understanding of pre-owned vehicle operations to join our team! The Used Car Manager at Ontario Hyundai brings strong vehicle product knowledge, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for achieving performance targets while delivering memorable customer experiences.
What You'll Do:
1. Team Leadership & Development
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-energy sales team in a supportive, goal-driven environment.
- Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable to achieve targets.
- Provide ongoing training focused on pre-owned product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer interaction.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to exceed monthly and annual targets for pre-owned vehicles.
- Oversee the pre-owned vehicle department with a focus on inventory control, pricing strategies, and timely reconditioning.
3. Performance Analytics
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as lead conversion, gross profit, customer satisfaction, and sales volumes.
- Use performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
- Regularly report on sales results and team performance to senior leadership.
