What You Will Do:

  • Initiate contact with new or existing customers via phone, email, and social media to understand their needs and offer solutions.
  • Prospect cold leads by identifying potential client needs and promoting service visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, leads, appointments, and outcomes in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns, rescheduling missed appointments, and providing ongoing communication to maintain relationships.
  • Conduct proactive follow-up communications with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and encourage future service visits.
  • Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Support the dealership by performing other tasks as assigned.
