Position Overview:
At Ontario Hyundai, the Financial Service Manager (FSM) plays a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience, driving revenue through finance and insurance sales and maintaining compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations. The FSM is responsible for overseeing the completion of sales contracts, arranging financing options, and promoting a range of aftermarket products such as insurance, extended warranties, and accessories.
What You’ll Do:
- Build customer confidence in the Hyundai brand by providing courteous, professional, and customer-focused service rooted in integrity at every interaction.
- Drive revenue growth by offering financial and insurance products (extended warranties, life, accident, and health coverage), appearance protection packages, and vehicle accessories to both new and pre-owned vehicle customers.
- Secure financing approvals from a range of lending institutions to provide customers with solutions that best match their needs.
- Establish and maintain strong, professional working relationships with finance companies, banks, manufacturer financing centre, suppliers, and customers.
- Maintain a firm, up-to-date understanding of current manufacturer-specific vehicles, rebates, finance, and incentive programs.
- Prepare all documentation required for registration, contracts, funding, etc. in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the sales team on a continuous basis to develop awareness of aftermarket products and services available to customers, ensuring compliance with OMVIC regulations and legal requirements.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain accurate revenue reports.
- Participate in mandatory training and professional development programs as assigned.
- Contribute to the dealership’s success by performing additional duties as required.
