Position Overview: As an Automotive Detailer at Ontario Hyundai, you will ensure every vehicle is meticulously cleaned, polished, and prepared for delivery or showroom display. Beyond maintaining top-tier presentation standards, you will also play a key role in supporting vendor relationships. This position requires a keen eye for detail, expertise in advanced detailing techniques, and a commitment to delivering excellence in vehicle appearance. What You’ll Do:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles to meet Ontario Hyundai’s quality standards.
- Comfortably and safely clean engine compartments.
- Perform wet sanding and paint polishing when required.
- Safely handle specialized cleaning acids for rims and wheels.
- Apply protective coatings, including paint and fabric protection products.
- Complete minor paint touch-ups such as stone chip repairs.
- Operate interior shampooing and vacuuming equipment.
- Conduct precision cleaning in tight areas such as vents and crevices.
- Restore and condition leather and vinyl surfaces.
- Perform additional detailing services, including deodorizing, wiping, and polishing.
- Collaborate with vendors to manage and source cleaning products.
