Accounting Clerk
What You'll Do:
- Process and post vehicle sales.
- Prepare daily deposits.
- Post receipts (deals, customer AR, warranty receipts, OEM payments)
- Bank reconciliations
- Floorplan management
- Post manufacturer vehicle invoices and dealer trade invoices.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices based on statements.
- Assist with other tasks, duties, and projects as requested by management.
What You Bring:
- University Degree or College Diploma in Accounting
- Minimum of 3-5 years of dealership accounting experience is an asset
- Experience working with the PBS Dealership Management System is an asset
- Computer proficiency – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail operations.
