Accounting Clerk

What You'll Do:

  • Process and post vehicle sales.
  • Prepare daily deposits.
  • Post receipts (deals, customer AR, warranty receipts, OEM payments)
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Floorplan management
  • Post manufacturer vehicle invoices and dealer trade invoices.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices based on statements.
  • Assist with other tasks, duties, and projects as requested by management.

What You Bring:

  • University Degree or College Diploma in Accounting
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of dealership accounting experience is an asset
  • Experience working with the PBS Dealership Management System is an asset
  • Computer proficiency – Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail operations.
